All our 32 bedrooms are non-smoking with en-suite bathrooms and are beautifully appointed and equipped to a high standard with modern facilities. Most of the bedrooms in the main house overlook the spectacular Morecambe Bay with views to the hills beyond, while the remainder overlook woodland to the back of the hotel, or the gardens. A friendly, efficient room service is available when required.

In addition to the main house, we are delighted to be able to offer 4 exclusive bedrooms in 'Rock House', situated a short walking distance away within the grounds. Rock House is a unique property built on top of an outcrop of limestone with fabulous views across the Bay and gardens. These bedrooms are ideal for a romantic getaway or peaceful escape, with all the hotel facilities on the doorstep for when you require them.

Each bedroom in Rock House has been finished with a modern sophisticated decor, with each having its own terrace or balcony overlooking the Bay. A well stocked mini-bar completes the package!
