Netherwood Fitness Centre

The Netherwood Fitness Centre offers a range of equipment to satisfy the most intensive workout. With both cardio-vascular and weight-lifting equipment that you would expect to find in a larger gym, you can work out at your own pace in a gym that is smaller, where you won't find yourself queuing to make use of all the facilities. Furthermore, after your workout, you can follow up with a swim and dip in the jacuzzi!

As the Spa is supervised at all times (although we are unable to allow under-16s to use the fitness centre), you can feel confident about using the fitness centre with the support of our trained staff who will be more than happy to suggest exercises and how to get the best from the equipment we have.

The Fitness Centre also includes 2 sunbed tanning units.

Fitness Centre memberships are also available to non-residents living locally and work on a pay-as-you-go basis following an initial induction.
