Netherwood Spa and Fitness Centre

The Netherwood Spa and Fitness Centre is situated beneath the main house and includes an indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and steam room, gymnasium and the Equilibrium Health & Beauty Treatment room.

All Netherwood Spa facilities are available to residents free of charge (with the exception of Equilibrium treatments), and we operate a booking system to ensure that numbers of people using the Spa at any one time are strictly limited, both for your enjoyment and safety. In light of this, we strongly recommend that you book the use of these facilities in advance of your stay with us.

Entry to the Spa includes the use of the indoor heated pool, steam room and spa bath, showers, and lockers. Hot and cold refreshments are available in the reception foyer.

The Spa is open from 7.00 am until 10.00 pm, 7 days a week and supervised at all times.
